The site being a narrow plot laid a challenge of creating privacy for individual resort units without confining to a rigid geometry. Hence clusters of unit are planned to create pocket gardens and ensure complete privacy for all units in the resort. As the site terminates at a river the arrangement of clusters is also guided waters sinuous character.

Each room having their own balconies have complete privacy by virtue of its orientation and master plan. Common spaces like staircases, corridors open to the external landscape to exploit the very rationale of being in a resort.

We believe that landscape (were ever achievable) should often allow the user to soak in the enormity of green, hence much of a green bed without dense shrubs or trees is proposed to have a clear vision of the resort and it’s surrounding.
